Designed for Multiple Ages

Different Heights. Different Adventures.

This custom swing set in West Chester, PA was designed for a family with kids at different stages of play. The goal wasn’t simply to make the swing set bigger. It was to create a play environment where younger and older kids could find adventures that felt right for them.

The design combines a playhouse with a double-tower layout featuring two different deck heights. The lower deck creates access to slides and activities that are approachable for younger kids, while the taller tower allowed us to add higher slides and more challenging ways to play as kids grow stronger and braver.

Three slides give kids different ways back down, while monkey bars and a rock wall add more challenging ways to climb and explore. The playhouse adds another kind of play altogether, creating a space for imagination alongside all the climbing, swinging, and sliding.

We also completed the play area around the swing set with rubber mulch and a Flex Wall border, giving the family a finished backyard play space ready for years of screen-free adventures.
